Refund
At Vogue Muster, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
However, we do not offer refunds on any orders due to sizing issues, color variations, or change of mind.
Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases:

The product delivered is damaged.

The product delivered is completely different from what was ordered.

The product is missing from the parcel.
To claim a refund (only in eligible cases):

Submit an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.

Report within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Once verified, your refund will be processed through Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Refunds are not applicable on:

Sale / discounted items

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Products damaged due to customer handling

Slight color variation due to screen brightness
